A citizen's complaint about an erratic driver on Crescent Road in Grand Island on Tuesday evening led to the arrest of a Grand Island man on a felony drunken driving charge, Erie County sheriff's deputies said.
Tim R. Wigdorski, 42, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and other traffic offenses.
The drunken-driving charge was a felony because of a prior DWI conviction in 1997, deputies said. Wigdorski, who refused a Breathalyzer test, was taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
Deputy John Davis responded to the complaint at about 7:40 p.m., stopped the vehicle for an equipment violation and conducted field sobriety tests.
