City police are looking for two men, one of whom is accused of shooting a Sixth Street man in the left hip Monday afternoon.
Detective James Galie said Antwon Wilson, 26, of Sixth Street, was shot with a small-caliber gun after being robbed of a gold chain. Wilson was a patient in Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, and was in stable condition Monday night, said Galie.
He said Wilson's injuries were not life-threatening.
Detectives are looking for two men with braided hair in the incident. The assailant wore light blue baggy pants and a black jacket with white letters on it, said Galie. The second man had his hair in a pony tail and wore a long leather coat, he said.
