I had a dream; it was just a dream. I dreamt that more than one-fourth of all upstate New York counties became instantaneously insolvent. Neither red budgets nor green budgets existed; neither cyanide nor arsenic to cause our death. The collapse of these local infrastructures led to the disintegration of the monarchy of the state.
This act of civil disobedience led to the capitulation of the monarchy of our great state and the restoration of the representative government that was articulated in our constitution. And, in this dream, everyone lived happily ever after.
