Anthony Ramos, 58, of Hamburg was incorrectly identified by authorities in an edition of Monday's News as the driver a state trooper was arresting on a charge of drunken driving when an accident occurred on the I-190 in downtown Buffalo Monday morning. The driver being charged was Andrew Stewart of Buffalo.
