CHARLES C. CAULFIELD, 101, RETIRED ELECTRICIAN
JULY 3, 1903 -- NOV. 20, 2004
Charles Colton Caulfield died Saturday in Northgate Manor Nursing Home after a long illness. He resided at Northgate for the past 4 1/2 years. He was 101.
Born in Buffalo, Caulfield attended schools in his native city and was a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering. He moved to Niagara Falls in 1932.
He was an electrician with the Kimberly-Clark Corp. for 35 years, retiring in 1968. He was a member of St. John de LaSalle Catholic Church, a charter member of the Niagara Falls Retired Men's Service Club Chorus and enjoyed gardening and bowling.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Billie Caulfield.
A graveside service was held today in Evergreen Hill Cemetery in Corfu. A memorial Mass will be offered at 11 a.m. Dec. 11 in St. Teresa of Avila Church, 5771 Buell St., Akron.
