Police said they stopped a car with no headlights late Friday and ended up arresting the driver and passenger on various drug charges.
Bernard B. Johnson, 50, of Monroe Avenue, was pulled over in the 7400 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard just after 11 p.m., police said, at which time some ''frantic activity'' was noticed inside the car.
Upon checking, police reported finding crack cocaine and marijuana inside the vehicle.
Johnson was charged with driving with no head lights, as well as felony counts of criminal possession and intent to sell narcotic substances, police said.
His passenger, 27-year-old Tiffany Taczak of 20th Street, was charged with marijuana possession and not wearing a seat belt.
