Some thoughts concerning those who picked their candidate in the presidential election based on moral issues. Is it moral to go to war against a country that was no danger to us? Is it moral to deny rights to homosexuals, yet people convicted of murder can get married? Is it moral to have more than 40 million people in this country without health insurance? Is it moral to take away a major source of income -- overtime pay -- for many people? Is it moral to have a deficit that our great-great-grandchildren will still be paying off? Is it moral to never admit mistakes? Is it moral to be against paying people a living wage? If you voted for President Bush that's fine, but please don't claim it's because of moral reasons.
Speaking about faith and God does not make a person moral, actions do, and the president's actions are far from moral.
