Robert Piwowar's request of reduced charges for the brutal murder of his wife should never have been considered by the prosecutors. This act of violence should not be taken lightly. That is what's wrong with the judicial system today. The worst criminals end up back on the street. In Piwowar's case, officials should not have allowed any plea bargain. He murdered his wife.
