MANY VOTERS SEEM TO HAVE MIXED-UP 'MORAL VALUES'

I am ashamed and disgusted by the results of Election Day. Yes, I will accept them because it was a free election and I have no choice. However, I will not hold back on sharing my thoughts about what I think this country's "moral values" should be.

This country should be about tolerance and acceptance, not banning people's right to marriage. This country should be about valuing all life (not just the unborn), even the 100,000 Iraqis that have died since the start of this pre-emptive war. This country should be about helping the poor and underprivileged, not tax cuts for the rich. This country should be about working with the global community, not ignoring it. Right now, this country is not about any of those things. And right now, I am truly embarrassed to say I am an American.
