Recently, Michigan and Masten avenues were converted from one-way to two-way streets. The reason given was to make travel faster and easier. Now that it's a done deal, we have to live with it. These streets have been one way for as long as I can remember, and I believe there was a good reason for it. Both streets are narrow. With winter coming, bringing snow and ice, navigating them won't be easy. Did anyone consider safe travel versus faster travel? I personally would rather be safe than sorry.
