Endicott Interconnect Technologies and Huron Real Estate Associates have laid off 185 workers, or about 5 percent of their work force, citing a decline in circuit board orders.
Endicott Interconnect is a supplier of semiconductor chip packaging, printed circuit boards and assembly services. Huron supports Endicott Interconnect with distribution services.
In July 2002, IBM Corp. sold its sprawling complex here to Endicott Interconnect. About 2,000 of the 4,000 employees displaced by the technology giant were transferred to Endicott Interconnect.
