Hashmi is professor of English and Comparative Literature at the University of Islamabad and is considered to be one of Pakistan's leading Anglophone poets. Lorber, a New York City based poet, is the editor of Lungfull! magazine and author of "The Address Book" and the artist's book "Dash." Steensen is the author of "The Magic Book," the 2004 recipient of the Alberta Prize for Fence Books. She co-edits the influential journal Kiosk. Patton is a performance poet and spoken word artist whose text based performances explore new ways language can project itself upon our experience of the world.
