The Buffalo Gladiators advanced to the quarterfinals of the Harvest Bowl tournament after their first-round opponent forfeited. The Leominster Razorbacks of the New England Football League apparently had problems fielding a team.

The Gladiators, who play in the New York Amateur Football League, were supposed to host the Massachusetts team today at Clint Small Stadium in Tonawanda.

The Gladiators and officials from the 16-team tournament were unsuccessful in their attempts to find replacement players for the game.

Buffalo is expected to play next week against a team that has not yet been determined.
