Harold C. Brown and Co., a investment advisory and financial planning service provider headquartered in Buffalo, promoted William H. Kelly to vice president and Louis Felicetta to assistant vice president of the firm. A portfolio manager at the firm since 1999, Kelly previously was a regional director of operations at Sun Park. He is a graduate of Ithaca College and a National Association of Securities Dealers series 24 registered principal. A research analyst at the firm since 2001, Felicetta previously was an adjunct professor of finance and economics at Farleigh Dickinson University. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute.
