BROWN NAMES WOMAN TO HEAD FALLS OFFICE

State Sen. Byron W. Brown announced Wednesday he has appointed the daughter of City Councilman Lewis "Babe" Rotella to take over his Niagara Falls office.

Michelle Rotella, who has worked in health care and medical practice management, is now the director of operations at the Buffalo Democrat's branch office on 1700 Pine Ave.

"The residents of the City of Niagara Falls now have someone with a wide range of experience in my office that they can count on to focus exclusively on the needs of the residents of Niagara Falls," Brown said in a statement.

Brown was re-elected Tuesday to his spot representing the 60th Senate District, which covers Niagara Falls.
