Five new directors were elected to the Artpark & Company board at last week's annual meeting.
They are Vincent Agnello of Niagara Falls, assistant law professor at Niagara University; Philip Stocklen Faust of Buffalo's Main Summer Corp.; David Rosenwasser of Niagara Falls, president of the Niagara Tourism and Convention Corp.; and Carl Montante Jr., vice president of Uniland Development Co., and Wendy L. Montante, co-owner of J.W. Daigler, both of Clarence.
Continuing as board officers are chairman, Thomas J. Fatta of Snyder, vice president of Emprexe Analytical; vice chairmen, Ruth Sass of Lewiston and Wayne D. Wisbaum of Eggertsville; treasurer, Christopher H. Brown of Niagara Falls; and secretary, Michele O. Heffernan of Buffalo.
Re-elected to three-year terms as directors were Thomas B. Burrows, Daniel E. Cantara, Vincent Laurendi Jr., Edward Rutkowski, Rose H. Sconiers and Lorie L. Washuta.
Artpark & Company is beginning its ninth season of operating Earl W. Brydges Artpark under a license agreement with the state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historical Preservation. This year marked the organization's most successful summer, with more than 130,000 visitors to park events.
