A burial service for Olive Hauck, who celebrated her 103rd birthday Feb. 14, was held Wednesday in Maplewood Cemetery, Town of Boston.
Mrs. Hauck died last Thursday (Feb. 22, 2001) in LaCrosse, Wis. She had lived in Wisconsin for nine years.
Born Olive Schlotzer in Buffalo, she grew up in North Buffalo and worked as a seamstress before she married. She and her husband, Albert, operated a dairy farm near Boston for 40 years.
After her husband died in 1965, Mrs. Hauck relocated to be near her children, living in Carmel, then Riverside, Calif., and finally Onalaska, Wis.
She enjoyed reading, playing cards and cooking.
Survivors include a son, Clifford A. of Williamsville, and eight grandchildren.
