Miles George Crum, a self-employed landscaper, died Wednesday (Feb. 28, 2001) in Millard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo, after a sudden illness. He was 44.
Born in Niagara Falls, Crum attended local schools and served in the U.S. Navy from 1977 to 1979. A self-employed landscaper for several years, he also had a part-time job readying Ralph Wilson Stadium for Buffalo Bills home games. He had hoped to someday become a counselor.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra of Buffalo; a daughter, Seelena of Buffalo; his mother and stepfather, Bette and Lawrence Stufkosky of Niagara Falls; a brother, Henry G. of Panama City, Fla.; and two sisters, Monica E. Tracy of Middleport and Mary A. Dabill of Ransomville.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Lane Funeral Home, 8622 Buffalo Ave. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston.
