AIR STRIKE AGAINST IRAQ WAS UNWARRANTED

Will somebody please tell us the inside reason as to why President Bush ordered the major U.S.-British air strike against Iraq? Was it because he remembered, and coveted, the sky-high popularity rating that his father enjoyed at the end of the Persian Gulf War?
