NIAGARA FALLS -- Two students have been charged with criminal mischief for doing more than $300 damage during a fight in the Niagara Falls High School art room, Officer Neil Stenzel said Wednesday.
Mark L. Robinson, 16, of Eighth Street, and Robert J. Blevins, 17, of 24th Street, are accused of breaking a chair, damaging a wall and destroying six pieces of student art, Stenzel said.
The fight broke out late Tuesday afternoon when Robinson starting teasing Blevins, who threw a piece of paper at a wastebasket and missed. One punched the other, a scuffle ensued, and a chair was swung about, causing the damage, Stenzel said.
