A memorial Mass for Harry P. Grossman of Pendleton will be offered at 7 p.m. Thursday in Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5441 Tonawanda Creek Road, Pendleton. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cheektowaga.
Grossman died Thursday (Feb. 8, 2001) in DeGraff Skilled Nursing Facility, North Tonawanda, after a brief illness. He was 91.
Born in Simmons, W.Va., he graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering. He worked as district engineer for Postal Telegraph Co. in Buffalo and Boston, Mass., for 15 years. In 1944, he went to work for Niagara Mohawk Power Corp., where he was an engineering supervisor since 1976.
He is survived by a son, John B. of Pendleton.
