2 Hertel Avenue: All lanes are open, and traffic restrictions have been removed. Reconstruction of Hertel between Sterling and Delaware avenues will resume in the spring.
3 Main Street at Chateau Terrace and Bernhardt Drive: Temporary work zones will be set up with lane closures. Flashing arrow boards and flag persons will be used when needed. Traffic impact minimal.
4 North Forest Road: Continuing this week, the North Forest Road bridge over Ellicott Creek will be closed for construction. Work has been suspended until the weather improves. Detours will be posted. The project is expected to be completed by September. Traffic impact moderate.
5 Main Street at the Scajaquada Expressway: Blasting on Main Street between Humboldt Parkway and Kensington Avenue will be suspended until further notice.
6 Main Street and Maynard Street: A temporary work zone will be set up with various lane closures this week for installation of signal poles, pedestrian poles, signals and vehicle loop detectors. Work zones will be marked with arrow boards, and flag persons will be in place when necessary. Traffic impact minimal.
7 Broadway: Broadway, which is being reconstructed from Union Road to Transit Road, is now open to four lanes. Borden Road traffic will remain shifted to the east side at Broadway through the winter. Traffic impact moderate.
8 Southside Parkway and Stevenson Street: Continuing this week, the Southside Parkway bridge over Cazenovia Creek will be closed until August. A detour is posted along North Legion Drive, Stevenson Street and Cumberland Drive. Traffic impact minimal.
9 Eagle Street: Continuing this week, Eagle will be closed between Franklin and Pearl streets for construction. Traffic impact minimal.
10 Lake Shore Road: Replacement of bridge over Muddy Creek continues. Lake Shore Road will be reduced to a single lane in each direction between Eisenhower Avenue and Point Breeze Drive. In addition, Dawn Avenue will be open at Lake Shore nion Road (State Route 277): Union Road northbound and on Losson Road westbound in the Town of Cheektowaga will have shoulder closures because of water line installation.
