Two young men were sentenced and two others entered guilty pleas in Chautauqua County Court Monday, District Attorney James P. Subjack reports.
Ricky J. Doud, 20, of 12 Kingsbury St., Jamestown, was sentenced to 75 days in jail, five years probation and a $155 penalty assessment for his conviction on a third-degree burglary charge stemming from an incident July 7 in Jamestown.
Jason Paul, 17, was sentenced to time served and five years probation for his plea to a Superior Court information charging him with third-degree criminal mischief for an incident May 8 in the Town of Pomfret.
Joshua A. Cave, 17, of 1032 W. Erie Road, Irving, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree assault for an incident March 26 in the Town of Sheridan. He will be sentenced Nov. 1.
Kevin J. Spina, 18, of 621 Grant Ave., Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny. One of two young men charged in connection with the theft of an all-terrain vehicle July 9 in Dunkirk, he will be sentenced Oct. 18.
