Florence M. Harlach, 86, of Orchard Park, a former advertising executive, died Wednesday (Sept. 15, 1999) in Greenfield Health and Rehabilitation Center, Lancaster, after a long illness.
Miss Harlach, who retired about 20 years ago, was employed for more than 25 years as advertising manager for the former Iroquois International Brewery. Later, she worked in advertising at Freezer Queen Foods for 12 years.
A Buffalo native, she had been an Orchard Park resident for more than 40 years. She was active in Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church.
Miss Harlach was past president of the Advertising Women of Buffalo and a member of the board of the Women's Association of Allied Beverage Industries. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 8:45 a.m. Saturday in Nativity of Our Lord Church, South Buffalo Street and Thorn Avenue, Orchard Park. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cheektowaga.
