5-YEAR PRISON TERM ORDERED FOR FALLS MAN

A 21-year-old Niagara Falls man, who pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree robbery as a second violent felony, was ordered to serve five years in prison Thursday by County Judge Amy J. Fricano.

Norman J. Pryor, of Ninth Street, also will have five years of post-release supervision, the judge said.

He was indicted March 25 for first-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property stemming from the Feb. 2 forcible theft of a gold chain, a charm, and a
pager from Ricky Williams in
Niagara Falls.
