Five Jamestown High School students have been charged in connection with the Sept. 8 melee at the Falconer Burger King restaurant.

According to town of Ellicott police, Jorge Gonzalez, 18, of East Second Street, is charged with gang assault. Gonzalez is the fourth person to face the charge. Earlier, three Jamestown High School football players, Eric Fisher, Ricardo Gonzalez, and Corry Sims, all 17, were arraigned on the same charge.

On Wednesday, William Cerat, 17, was charged with criminal facilitation. Authorities said Cerat, a restaurant worker, contacted his friends, claiming he was threatened by some former Falconer students. Police said Cerat was arraigned before Falconer Town Justice Edward Jackson and released on bail.
