FRIED GREEN TOMATOES

Butter

1small onion, minced

About 4 green tomatoes, sliced

Flour

Salt and pepper

Curry powder
Melt butter in a skillet and saute onion lightly. Dip tomato slices into a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and curry powder.

Place tomatoes in with the onions; cook until coating is browned and tomatoes are heated through. Makes about 4 servings.
