Two men, who pleaded guilty earlier in separate drunken driving cases, were sentenced Tuesday by Niagara County Judge Peter L. Broderick.
Grigoriy V. Rushanov, 41, of Buffalo, who pleaded guilty to a felony count of driving while intoxicated, was fined $1,000 and ordered to serve a year in
Niagara County Jail.
Rushanov was indicted Feb. 24 on additional charges of resisting arrest, harassment, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in connection with Jan. 21
incidents in North Tonawanda.
David R. Folmar, 35, of Newfane, was fined $1,000 and placed on probation for five years.
He was indicted in January for a felony drunken driving count, unlawful possession of marijuana, and driving with no headlights stemming from
Oct. 19 incidents in Lockport.
