Attorneys representing Crag Burn Country Club, Crag Burn Village homeowners and the estate of Jeremy Jacobs, along with representatives from TVGA Engineering & Surveying of Elma, assured the Elma Town Board on Tuesday that they will provide figures before the board's meeting tonight on the cost of a proposed sewer system for the area on North Davis Road.

The board requested details from TVGA engineering expenses and consent forms from property owners before it votes on establishing a sewer district to handle ongoing problems with the original sewer system.

Councilman George Blair Jr. asked the engineering firm to list the expenses it has incurred on the project to determine if retaining TVGA would be worthwhile for property owners or whether to seek bids from other engineering firms.
