A 19-year-old Buffalo resident was arrested on drug and other charges at 4 p.m. Sunday and is in the city lockup waiting arraignment in City Court.
City police on patrol arrested Lamar A. Clark on a bench warrant for failure to pay fines.
Police said Clark was found to possess about $400 worth of crack cocaine, which was packaged for street sales, and a small quantity of marijuana. Also seized were two pagers and several hundred dollars in cash.
He was charged with third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
