All of the nice compliments concerning the improvements in Ralph Wilson Stadium that were reported in last Sunday's edition of the Buffalo News ignored one very important area. The new chair seats in the lower level are very tight. I am 5-foot-11 and my knees were up against the top of the seat in front of me. We sit in section 129 and there were many comments about the terrible lack of legroom. Taller people have to wedge themselves in sideways. The persons who made the decision on these seats must have been small people.
Second, the seats are very narrow. I had people sitting on both sides of me and we were packed in like sardines. I dread the thought of cold weather and how much worse it will be for all of us when we are bundled up in cold-weather gear. How could the Bills spend $53 million of our money and do such a horrible job on the size of the seats? This is mind boggling. I have season tickets in someone else's name and have looked forward to sitting in new seats. I am very disappointed.
