Mary E. "Betty" Pfannkuchen, 87, of Bath died Friday (Sept. 10, 1999) in Ira Davenport Hospital.
Born in Churchville, she was for many years an assembly worker at Fisher-Price Co. in East Aurora. She was a member of Bliss Baptist Church, the Rebekah Lodge and Chapter 503, Order of the Eastern Star, in Pike.
Mrs. Pfannkuchen was married to Murray Closser, who died in 1951, and Albert Pfannkuchen, who died in 1967.
Survivors include two sons, Mickey Closser of Bliss and Butch Closser of Rochester; two daughters, Polly Shaw of Bliss and Dolores Newcomb of Oneida; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Robinson & Hackemer Funeral Home, 246 N. Main St., Warsaw. Burial will be in Lyonsburg Cemetery, Bliss.
