POLISH NATIONAL ALLIANCE HOLDING CONVENTION HERE

The Polish National Alliance, America's largest Polish fraternal organization, will hold its 43rd convention Saturday through Wednesday in the Hyatt Regency Buffalo.

About 320 delegates from across the nation are expected to attend the quadrennial gathering to elect officers, decide policy matters and determine the future direction of the organization.

In the election, incumbent President Edward J. Moskal of Chicago is opposed by Aloysius A. Mazewski Jr., son of the man he succeeded in the post in 1988.

The program includes a combined Buffalo-area debutante presentation and national convention dinner Saturday, religious services Sunday and a women's luncheon Monday.
