Jack E. Flint, 54, of Vero Beach, Fla., formerly of Pike, died Sunday (Sept. 5, 1999) of a heart attack at his family cottage on Darby Lake in the Town of Pike.
He was born in Warsaw and graduated from Letchworth Central School in 1964 and from Rochester Business Institute in 1966.
Flint had lived in Vero Beach for the last 23 years and spent his summers at the family cottage at Darby Lake. He was employed by Ven-Mar in Vero Beach as a computer operator.
He was a gun collector and a member of the National Rifle Association as well as an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his parents, Edwin and Doris Ahl Flint; and a sister, Dawn Drechsler of Carol Stream, Ill.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday in Pike Community Church, 52 E. Main St.
