Some heart disease prevention advice for women: Eat high-fiber breakfast cereal. Women who ate the most fiber from breakfast-cereal sources had a much lower risk of developing heart disease than those who ate the least, said a Journal of the American Medical Association study based on more than 68,000 nurses in the United States who were monitored for more than a decade.
