Two adults and one child were taken to local hospitals after two vans collided Friday afternoon at a Town of Holland intersection, according to state troopers.
A minivan driven by Corey P. Cochran, 21, of Walter Street, Buffalo, was traveling down Savage Road when it entered the intersection of Route 16, troopers said, and was hit by a southbound van driven by Raymond J. Peacock, 53, of Flohr Avenue, Buffalo.
Cochran was airlifted to Erie County Medical Center. A passenger, 10-year-old Matthew Gangler of Holland, was taken to Children's Hospital for observation.
Peacock's wife, Sharon, was taken to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, Springville, for possible head and neck injuries. Their conditions were unknown. Cochran was charged with failure to yield the right of way.
