Niagara County Judge Peter L. Broderick Wednesday sentenced two persons to prison terms of up to 14 years, including a Niagara Falls woman who admitted committing sexual assaults on two young boys.
Rose M. Nalls, 27, of 248 24th St., was ordered to serve two consecutive prison terms of 3 1/2 to seven years for her guilty pleas to two counts of second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
The incidents between August 1996 and November 1998 stemmed from acts of sexual conduct with the children, ages 6 and 7.
In a separate case, Wilford T. Boans, 41, of Niagara Falls, who pleaded guilty June 14 to attempted third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, was ordered to serve 3 1/2 to 14 years in prison.
Boans was indicted Sept. 3, 1998, for two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance stemming from sales of cocaine to undercover police agents in Niagara Falls on May 18 and June 5, 1998.
