ARCHITECT TO SPEAK ON HIGHWAY DESIGN

Joseph Passonneau, an award-winning Washington, D.C., architect who specializes in highway projects, will give a lecture and slide presentation entitled "Parks and Pavement: Is There Such a Thing as Sensitive Highway Design?" at 8 p.m. today in the Buffalo Zoo Education Center.
