The Hinsdale Youth Commission and the Seneca-Babcock Junior Block Club will receive cash awards at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in Rich Stadium as winners in Fleet Bank's All-Stars Contest.

The Hinsdale organization will receive $10,000 for creating the town's first recreation area. Some 100 youths cleared, plowed and raked five acres of land, seeded the softball field and put up 11 benches and six picnic tables. The prize money will be used to develop a pavilion, volleyball and bocce ball courts and to create a nature trail.

A $5,000 check will go to the Seneca-Babcock group for work done by 16 youths to create a quiet, private area for senior citizens to use in Buffalo. The prize money will be used to purchase computers for the club.

Buffalo Bills players will give a tour of the stadium, run drills for the youths, be hosts at a dinner and sign autographs.
