RICHARDS TO KEEP ON ROLLING

Keith Richards, in the middle of a 33-city Rolling Stones tour, isn't considering retirement -- in part, he says, because women still find him attractive.

"No one would be asking about retiring if we were old black guys," the 53-year-old Richards said in Sunday's Daily News.

"Nobody said anything like that to Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington or Count Basie. . . . Besides, the chicks still dig me. The lingerie collection this year is my biggest ever."

Richards may write a book someday.

"I've joked about it. I tell people I want to start by saying, 'Hitler was on my tail,' but I don't know where to go next. I haven't really considered it seriously. For one thing, I don't know how it ends."
