3:15 -- 2755 LaSalle Ave., arrest. Richard J. DiGregorio, 24, charged with assault after his former girlfriend Nancy P. Edmiston said he struck her.

4:10 -- 484 23rd St., arrest. Scott A. Gburek, 27, charged with menacing.

4:20 -- 1511 Pierce Ave., illegal dumping. Willie C. Coleman said two men in a pickup took his stove and refrigerator.

4:20 -- 2443 Ninth St., petit larceny. Tiasha N. Smith said a youth took rings from her house.

4:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Robert J. Streams, 20, of Wheeler Road, Gasport, charged with assault and criminal mischief.

4:55 -- 19th Street and Ferry Avenue, arrest. Stacey W. Smith, 41, of Whirlpool Street, charged with criminal mischief after an employee of Johnny V's Pizza Plus said he sat down with customers, ate their food and when the employee threw him out, he damaged a storm door.

5:20 -- 2221 Hyde Park Blvd., Noco Express Shop, petit larceny. An employee said a man left without paying $1.51 for gas.

5:30 -- Hyde Park Boulevard and Walnut Avenue, harassment. A 12-year-old girl said youths on bikes struck her from behind and did a wheelie on her back.

5:50 -- 600 Whirlpool St., arrest. James Pryor III, 36, of Linwood Avenue, charged with failing to pay a fine.

5:57 -- 1458 Byrd Ave., criminal mischief. Katrice C. King said the door to her apartment was damaged.

6:30 -- 531 24th St., criminal mischief. Tina L. Hawkins said his vehicle was scratched.

6:45 -- 10022 Mueller Court, arrest. Lewis E. West, 38, charged with unlawful imprisonment and menacing after Sharon A. DeLuke said he held her inside their home against her will, forced her under the shower and held her head under the water. He also threatened to disable her car, she said.

7:15 -- 1900 block of Mackenna Avenue, criminal mischief. A woman said a man broke her door and threw a pop can at her window, shattering it.

8:12 -- 243 15th St., arrest. Sandra L. Westbrook, 38, charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

8:30 -- 1097 85th St., dog bite. Lynne A. Jeckovich said a dog bit her 11-year-old daughter on the ankles as she was delivering papers.

9:39 -- 7200 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tops market, arrest. Nicole M. Messing, 16, of 61st Street, charged with petit larceny.

12:11 -- 1000 block of Pine Avenue, attempted robbery. Brian A. Yates said a man asked him for money and when he said he didn't have any, punched him in the chest and shoulder.

1:29 -- Niagara Expressway, arrest. Jean M. Loftus, 31, of Falls Street, charged with issuing a bad check.

4:53 -- 621 10th St., Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, arrest. Lamont G. Willis, 48, of Buffalo Avenue, charged with assault and criminal mischief after his girlfriend, Mary E. Washington, said he assaulted her. Police said they took custody of the pair's 2-month-old son.

8:05 -- 1114 15th St., criminal mischief. Katrin A. Vincent said two windows and the mirror of her car were smashed.

8:20 -- 601 Ninth St., petit larceny and criminal mischief. Christopher Soda said his convertible's top was cut and the radio and two tapes were stolen.

9:05 -- 547 20th St., arrest. Mandi L. Clark, 30, charged with violating bail conditions.

9:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Francine A. Rougeaux, 29, of Mohawk Street, Lewiston, charged with failure to pay fines.

9:30 -- 1317 11th St., Victory Auto, attempted burglary and criminal mischief. George Briggs said a small door pane was broken in an apparent entry attempt.

9:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Paul E. Chatmon Sr., 45, of Walnut Avenue, charged with failure to appear.

9:45 -- 1100 block of Linwood Avenue, endangering the welfare of a child. A woman said a woman sexually abused a 4-year-old girl.

10 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Courtney A. Myles, 17, of Mackenna Avenue, charged with possession of marijuana.

11 -- Ninth Street and Walnut Avenue, larceny and criminal mischief. Pete A. Granto Jr. said a speaker system was stolen from his vehicle.

11:10 -- 2833 Ninth St., petit larceny and burglary. Latonya J. George said a man who climbed into her bedroom took $300.

11:15 -- 9000 block of Zito Street, assault and harassment. A woman said a man assaulted her and repeatedly unplugged the phone to keep her from calling police.

11:37 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Johnny Vega, 35, of Buffalo, charged with failure to appear.

2:40 -- 827 Pierce Ave., petit larceny. Alysia N. Welch said a cellular phone was stolen from her vehicle.
