Title this one, "Separate -- No Whining."
Actress Fran Drescher, star of television's "The Nanny" and author of the best-selling memoir "Enter Whining," has separated from her husband of 17 years, Peter Marc Jacobson, the New York Post said Wednesday.
Drescher and Jacobson were 10th-grade sweethearts at Hillcrest High School in Jamaica, Queens, and Jacobson produces "The Nanny," now in its fourth season.
"As most couples who have been together from childhood and have both a personal and professional relationship, they are working through issues in therapy," publicist Cari Ross said.
The publicist added that Jacobson and Drescher, both 38, have no plans to divorce and will continue to work on "The Nanny" together.
