Brian J. Kelly, 64, who managed Little League and Babe Ruth League baseball in the Buffalo area for many years, died Oct. 11, 1996, in Port Huron, Mich., where he had lived since 1964.

Born in Buffalo, Kelly earned a business degree from the University of Buffalo and served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was active in Toastmasters and the United Way.

Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Patricia Eberhardt Kelly; a daughter, Lynn C. Elbertson of Kalamazoo, Mich.; a son, Michael P. of Arvada, Colo.; a sister, Sheila P. of Clarksville, Tenn.; a brother, Norman J. of Clarksville; and three grandchildren.

A memorial service was held Oct. 14 in Port Huron.
