An arrest warrant has been issued for Death Row Records owner Marion "Suge" Knight after he failed to show up for drug testing as part of his probation for assaulting two rappers.
Superior Court Judge John Ouderkirk issued the warrant on Friday after a probation officer said Knight had failed to show for testing and may have left the country without permission.
The judge said the arrest warrant would be recalled if Knight appears at a Tuesday court hearing.
Knight is in the United States and will appear at the hearing, said his attorney, David Kenner.
"It's a case of miscommunication," he said of the warrant.
