Joan Kapuscinski and Raymond M. Boulanger Jr. were married at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Amelia Catholic Church, Town of Tonawanda, by the bride's cousin, the Rev. Leo Maletz of St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, Minersville, Pa. A reception was given in Marygold Manor.

The bride is the daughter of Edward Kapuscinski of Town of Tonawanda and Bradenton, Fla., and the late Jean Kapuscinski. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond M. Boulanger Sr. of New Bedford, Mass.

The bride is a court clerk with Executive Office of Immigration Review, Immigration Court, Buffalo.

The bridegroom is a senior trial lawyer for the Department of the Treasury. After staying in a family home in Holland, the newly married couple will be at home in Buffalo.
