Buffalo Federation of Women's Clubs will have a United Nations Days celebration Thursday in Fanny's Restaurant. Mark Romoff, Canadian consul general, will speak on "From Japan to Buffalo" during the 10:30 a.m. session. Sunny Lippold will give a talk, "Leaving Korea," after luncheon. Kyung Hee Oh will provide a musical presentation. Helen Kossuth is program chairwoman and Kaye DesJardins is taking reservations. Hostesses will be Helen DuBois, Alice Henneberger, Barbara Morris, Beth Ruddy and Joan Weichmann, members of Spotlight Committee of Shea's Buffalo Center for the Performing Arts.
Suburban Women's Club will have a luncheon and bridge party Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. in George F. Lamm American Legion Post clubrooms. Reservations are being taken by Dorothy Michalek. Helen Meier is in charge of the club's women's flight bridge. Doris Knab is chairwoman of couple's bridge. Lydia Guild of the United Church Home will entertain residents at a Halloween party Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the home on Amherst Street. Margaret Freiheit and Gloria House are in charge of the program. Villa Maria Academy Alumnae Association will sponsor "Spooktacular," a fashion show and dinner to benefit the scholarship fund, Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the academy's social hall.

Women's Committee of Orchard Park Symphony Orchestra will have a membership coffee at 10 a.m. Thursday in the home of Sharon Zulinke. Carrie Beth Wick, harpist, will perform. "For Women Only," a dinner and fashion show to benefit the establishment of a women's community resource library in Children's Hospital, will be given Thursday at 6 p.m. in Salvatore's Italian Gardens. The project is sponsored by Women's Health Services of the hospital and WJYE-FM. Nancy Barrow of the station will be commentator on fashions from Figurehead Club Boutique, Cachet, Joseph Palanker & Sons, Gymboree, Maternite by Mothers Work and Tuxedo Junction.
