Phyllis A. Barrancotta, a retired title searcher, died Wednesday (Oct. 16, 1996) in Lockport Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was 74.
The former Phyllis Ward was born in Lockport and lived on Tudor Lane. She was retired from West Abstract Corp., where she worked for 28 years.
She and her husband, Thomas, would have celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary Sunday.
Besides her husband, survivors include two daughters, Sharon D'Auria and Sandra Wall, and four grandchildren.
Services and burial will be private.
