Four associate brokers with James R. Militello Realty Inc. recently closed four lease and sales deals totaling more than 232,000 square feet of space in the City of Buffalo.
Campus Industries, represented by Michael Alpern, paid $495,000 for the 158,000-square-foot former Westvaco Corp. plant and 6.85 acres at 95 Dorothy St. The seller was Westvaco.
Peter Jaremka represented Buffalo China in lease negotiations with PMS Bishop Corp. for 37,700 square feet of warehouse space at 1460 Clinton St.
Trade show exhibit maker Design for Industries, represented by Ed Mills, leased 30,000 square feet of warehouse space in the Tri-Main building at 2495 Main St. The company will relocate from 601 Amherst St.
The 6,400-square-foot top floor of the Gow Building at 344 Delaware Ave. has been leased by Militello's Carey Anderson to an undisclosed tenant.
The 34,500-square-foot building now is 100 percent occupied and remains for sale, Militello reports.
