Twenty companies have signed new leases, added to existing space or renewed in-place leases totaling 35,622 square feet in Inducon Corp. properties, the Amherst-based developer reports.
Completed over the summer, the 20 deals range in size from a 960-square-foot addition to 3,340 square feet of existing space by Final Filtration at 80 Curtwright Drive, to a 4,380-square-foot renewal by CMC Medical Inc. at 90 Curtwright.
Final Filtration provides water filtration systems; CMC is a medical component manufacturer.
In addition to the CMC deal, the largest executed leases include:
Computer graphic sign firm Wilcro Inc., leased 3,750 square feet at 90 Earhart Drive in a deal brokered by Gurney, Becker and Bourne Real Estate's Nicholas Malagisi.
Copy machine firm Upstate Graphics leased 2,500 square feet at 60 Earhart is a deal brokered by Milton DeBoth of the Pyramid Cos.
Long-distance telemarketing firm Teleplus Communications signed for 2,500 square feet at 440 Lawrence Bell Drive, with Kader Realty's Stan Deptula brokering the deal.
Medical equipment supplier Zee Medical renewed its lease at 435 Lawrence Bell for 2,208 square feet.
Testing laboratory EMSL Analytical Inc. leased 2,000 square feet at 440 Lawrence Bell in a deal brokered by Dan LeBere of Coldwell Banker Phyllis Boyd Real Estate.
Binding equipment sales and servicing company General Binding Group renewed its lease for 1,995 square feet at 435 Lawrence Bell.
Pavement management-engineering firm IFX Stanley Ltd. renewed its lease on 1,691 square feet at 415 Lawrence Bell.
Food and dairy equipment distributor Girton Systems Inc. leased 1,638 square feet at 435 Lawrence Bell.
