2 CARIBBEAN WRITERS TO SPEAK

Caribbean writers Cynthia James and Margaret Watts will speak next week at Jamestown Community College.

Their presentations -- at 7 p.m. Tuesday and noon Wednesday -- will take place in the Sarita Hopkins Reception Hall in the Arts and Sciences Center. They will be free to the public.

Ms. James, author of three books of poetry and two books of short stories, is a Trinidadian schoolteacher. Ms. Watts, whose poetry has appeared in books and numerous journals, is an American lecturer in education at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago.
